Shipping

For in-stock items, you will receive your order within 5-10 business days. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of made-to-order jewelry or custom pieces. Made-to-order or custom pieces required sooner than 4 weeks will be assessed a rush fee.

Rush Fees

I pride myself on craftsmanship and attention to detail, which is why I make each piece especially for your order. Though it is likely you will receive your shipment within 4 weeks of ordering, a rush fee of 10% of the value will be assessed to guarantee you receive your jewelry on time.

Returns

All sales are final.  Exchanges may be made within 30 days of purchase.  Buyer pays all shipping fees on exchanged items.  Please see our FAQs regarding modifications.

Damage during shipping

Each item is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. That said, accidents happen and shipments get lost. Please include insurance in the shipping cost of your order. The seller cannot be responsible for any damage incurred during shipping.

Repairs

Any flaws in the original craftsmanship will be repaired free of charge. This does not include improperly sized rings, so please read the information on ring sizing carefully before you order. Feel free to contact me for a quote to repair a piece that has been damaged during normal wear.
